Individual Sessions
(60 minutes)

At times, we all encounter stuck points that keep us from feeling at ease within ourselves or living the life we want. Burnout, repeating relationship patterns, or an overly critical inner voice can slowly tighten into knots that feel hard to loosen.

Counseling offers a space to gently begin unraveling those knots, understanding how they formed and discovering new ways of moving through life that feel more aligned with your values.

This is a safe space for you to explore and learn something new about yourself.

Couples Sessions
(60 Minutes and 90 minutes)

Some relationship problems are perpetual, others solvable. The point isn’t to fight while a “judge” resides; couples counseling is a space for you to learn key skills in empathy and communication, so that you and your partner can maintain a healthy relationship. Remember - you’re on the same team!

Couples counseling start off structured, with helpful resources and worksheets. Once you and your partner feel comfortable to explore deeper emotions and more sensitive topics, I will assist by facilitating tough conversations.
