Counseling and therapy overlap. They are both spaces for you to understand yourself better and make fulfilling decisions.
Counseling is usually short term (around 5-10 sessions) and centered around a specific or day-to-day concern. It can be more geared towards problem-solving.
Therapy is long term work, and may involve several linked themes. Therapy often involves deeper exploration and reflection.
